eMETA provides support for all our eMETA Provider clients and their eLearning Center users.

Technical Requirements 

eMETA is both PC and Mac compatible. The following are your computer and Internet connection requirements: 

  • Windows® 8, 7, Vista, XP, 2003 Server, 2000 or Mac OSX 10.9 Maverick, OS X v10.4.11 Tiger or newer
  • Internet Explorer® 6.0 or newer, Mozilla® Firebox® 3.0 or newer or Safari 3.0 or newer (JavaScript and Java enabled) Google Chrome, Opera®
  • An Internet connection, with cable modem, DSL or better recommended

eMeta is also compatible with most mobile devices.
